Summary
The Proposal Development and Contract Management (PDCM) team within the Project Structuring group is seeking an eager to learn individual for the Contract Management Intern position in our White Plains office. The Contract Management intern will support PDCM Team in the oversight and management of the customer contracts as well as contracted resources. NYPA is working to reinvent the customer contracts to improve branding and accelerate contract approval processes. The focus of this internship is to support the implementation of the improved processes by assisting with the development of guide book(s) for internal and external customers, developing training materials (outlines, content, presentations), coordinating training events that may be executed in person and/or via webinar), and monitoring compliance with the new process. The intern will serve a critical part in the roll-out of the reinvention project.

Educational Background
