Summary
The Center of Excellence pillar of the Strategic Supply Management department requires a Procurement Governance Coordinator to assist in quality assurance and compliance activities resulting in increased accuracy of contract data and minimization of manual efforts associated therewith. #LI-VB1
Responsibilities
- Perform comparisons of contract data subsets.
- Support contract management functions including documentation collection, advertising, and filing.
- Run standard reports and review and act upon data issues
- Work with technology team to design and produce standard and ad hoc reports
- Maintain processes and procedures.
- Work with Category Management and Supplier Relationship on contract management issues, as necessary.

- Highly collaborative, self-starter.
- Organized, attention to detail.
- Able to schedule workday to see tasks through to completion in a timely manner.
- Able to perform tasks as directed in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Education, Experience and Certifications
- Associate degree or Seven years of work experience, or combination of education and experience
- Experience in the Utilities industry – Preferred.
- Proficiency with tools such as MS Excel, SharePoint, and other office products - Preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Approximately 5% travel within NY State
